1 Definitions and Interpretation

The words and phrases used in this document carry specific meanings. Wherever these terms appear, they will be understood according to the definitions below.

• "Platform" or "krikya" — refers to the krikyanet.cam website and all associated mobile applications and services.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who has registered an account on krikya and is using the platform.
• "Account" — a personal digital account created through registration, through which the user accesses the platform's services.
• "Balance" — the total amount of cash or bonus funds held in the account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — funds placed to participate in a game or sports event.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition specifying how many times a bet must be placed before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "Net Loss" — what remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

2 Membership and Registration

Joining the krikya platform is entirely voluntary. However, once registered, you are bound to comply with these terms and conditions in full.

2.1 Registration Conditions

• Each person may open only one account. krikya reserves the right to close all accounts if the same person is found to be operating more than one.
• The name, address, mobile number, date of birth, and all other information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• An account created with false information will be closed immediately, and any funds in that account may be forfeited.
• Account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

If multiple accounts are detected operating from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, krikya may cancel any bonuses or winnings received across those accounts.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

krikya may request documents to verify a user's identity and age at any time. This is an essential process for the security and proper operation of the platform.

3.1 Required Documents

Clear images of a National ID (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate may be required for identity verification. Relevant details of a mobile banking account or bank account may also be requested to verify the payment method.

3.2 If Verification Is Not Completed

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until identity verification is complete. If the documents submitted are incomplete or unacceptable, krikya may request additional information.

4 Account Management

The user is responsible for all activities on their account. The primary responsibility for keeping the account secure lies with the member.

4.1 Password and Security

• Use a strong password — a combination of at least 8 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters is recommended.
• Change your password at regular intervals.
• Make it a habit to log out after using any device, especially at cyber cafes or on shared devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact krikya support immediately.

4.2 Updating Account Information

If any personal information changes (such as your mobile number or payment method), account details must be updated through krikya support. krikya will not be responsible for payment issues arising from outdated information.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

krikya may take security measures on accounts that have been inactive for a long time. Users will be notified before any change is made to their balance due to inactivity.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

krikya supports fund transfers through the mobile banking and bank transfer methods commonly used in Bangladesh.

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks).
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposit funds will only be returned to the same payment method from which they were sent.
• Deposits through a third party are not allowed — the payment method used for a deposit must be registered in the account holder's name.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if account identity verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the relevant wagering requirement must first be met.

5.3 Cryptocurrency

krikya does not accept or send any cryptocurrency payments. The methods listed above are the only accepted means of transaction.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

krikya offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own conditions, which must be read before claiming.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000, making the total balance ৳2,000. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳20,000.

6.2 Bonus Policy

• A bonus is not free money — conditions must be met before it can be used.
• If another bonus is active while one is already running, they may not apply at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• krikya reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus programme at any time.

6.3 VIP Cashback

krikya's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.8%), and Platinum (up to 1.0%). Weekly cashback is paid at the applicable rate on that week's net loss. Example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 receives cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

krikya has its own rules for sports betting and casino gaming. Fair play principles are mandatory in both.

7.1 Sports Betting

• Bets placed after an event has started or after the result has been confirmed are not accepted.
• Displayed odds may change at any time. The odds at the time the bet is accepted are considered final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be handled in accordance with krikya's rules.
• If one selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, the bet will be recalculated at the combined odds of the remaining selections.

7.2 Casino Gaming

• Each game has its own rules. It is advisable to read the rules of the relevant game before starting.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, krikya may cancel that round or restart it.
• krikya will not be held responsible for a game being interrupted due to loss of internet connection.

7.3 Fair Play Policy

All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased results. Attempting to influence game outcomes using any software tool or technique is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are completely prohibited on the krikya platform. Involvement in any of these may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any related funds.

1. Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Registering with false or incorrect information.
3. Betting or gaming using automated bots, scripts, or any other technology.
4. Bonus arbitrage — attempting to unfairly claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
5. Depositing funds from illegal sources or any attempt at money laundering.
6. Attempting to gain access to the platform's systems or steal data.
7. Harassing, threatening, or behaving offensively toward other members.
8. Match fixing or placing a bet with prior knowledge of a predetermined result.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

krikya reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice.

9.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification or submit required documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies or a court order.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting krikya support with a formal request. The balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, subject to all conditions being met.

10 Limitation of Liability

krikya will not be liable in the following situations:

• If gaming or betting activities are disrupted due to internet disconnection or slow connectivity.
• If login credentials are exposed due to the user's own negligence, or if unauthorized access occurs to the account.
• If transactions are delayed due to technical issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• For any event beyond krikya's control — including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or unforeseen technical failures.
• For financial losses from gaming or betting on the platform — gaming is a risk-bearing activity and members participate with full awareness of that.

11 Data Protection

• Users' personal information is not sold to third parties.
• Limited information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law or for security purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

krikya believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a solution to problems. We ask our members to play responsibly.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between krikya and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through direct discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, applicable laws and legal procedures will be followed.
